Personal Biography: Rachel Stegman grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, the daughter of a physician and a former high school English teacher. It seemed unlikely that she would someday become a professional Circus Aerialist! She had her first taste of Circus Arts at the young age of 8 while on a family vacation at a Club Med. After that experience she dreamed almost every night of becoming a professional Aerialist. Since Arizona had no circus schools, her dreams were just that until she attended a performing arts camp in New York at the age of 16. In June 2007 she returned to Arizona to open the Circus School of Arizona, LLC.
