I spend all day with kids this age at the middle school I work at, and I find that the best teachers are very clear in their expectations… I enjoy our communication and feel like you are someone who understands what it takes to get where you want to be. You are an inspiration and a great role model for the girls, and they work hard in your class. Josie almost always leaves your class feeling like she accomplished something, and she is never made to feel “not good enough”. I can not thank you enough for this…I think you are a fabulous teacher and you have a lot to offer the girls….I really want them to see what a great teacher you are. We’re lucky to have you!—Jessica C. (the mother of one of my teenage students in California)
Thank you SO much for teaching me everything you did! The performance was AMAZING! It was everything I could have asked for! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!…—Jessica (after a demonstration at her high school in California)
I had sooo much fun Tuesday…I’m so glad we found you, and I’m looking forward to lots of classes in the future. I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect, and I’m happy it ended up being so great. :) Erica L. (a high school student in Arizona)
When I envisioned learning static trapeze, I dreamed of a teacher who would be patient and kind, and not frustrated with my slow progress. You *are* that teacher. With my being middle aged, and not naturally athletic, there is no doubt in my mind that I could have never been able to learn static trapeze without you. You’ve taken me beyond my dreams. I can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done for me. —Laura (the web designer of this site; located in California)
Thank you, again, for everything, Rachel! I have come back to Cleveland inspired and invigorated! Peace and much love to you!—Sora Sol (a performer with SAFMOD in Ohio)
I LOVED the class!…Even though I couldn’t do much of anything. However, I need to lose the weight and gain some strength; but I WILL be back. Talk about an incentive… This is too much fun, to not come back. This is the first thing I’ve ever tried, that really has me excited enough to give me real incentive to work not just on my weight, but on my strength. Intellectually, ‘they’ can talk about “health” issues all they want, and how important it is to maintain especially as the population ages…but there has to be something fun for me.–I really look forward to seeing you expand as well…Thank you SO much for starting this business and these classes.—Marcia (Arizona)
I just got here last night and all I can talk about is rope class this, rope class that. My parents are about ready to strangle me…You are so funny. And so wonderful. I love you. Thank you for all your comments. You’re the best teacher ever…I swear I’m running off to AZ now!—Eva (a high school math teacher in California)

I really like learning from you. You are really easy-going and down-to-earth. That’s a rare trait to find in teachers these days…You are really talented, and I hope I can become as strong and skilled as you.—Cheri (she and her sister play the twins in Ka—a Cirque du Soleil show in Las Vegas)
You are an inspiration to me and I can’t wait to take classes from you again.—Jessica M. (California)
I miss working with you every week! Your teaching has contributed a lot to my growth and skills. Those Arizona folks are lucky to have you!…I am truly interested in your plans. I believe exploring circus skills with guidance that is both emotionally and physically safe and respectful has the potential to make a truly positive impact on someone’s self-image, especially if they are coping with challenges in their lives that affect that self-image. Your teaching has always demonstrated a commitment to supporting that sense of safety and respect. Erika Leonard (Assistant Director of the East Bay, California chapter of Kidpower and mother of two)
I am so greatful that you stuck with me and gave me all the basics. There just is no one like you. Kathy Stulgic (Retired Paralegal; now works at the office at Trapeze Arts, Inc. in California)
I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your class! Monica and I loved it, it was so much fun. You are absolutely amazing! Natasha Lincis (Owner/Instructor of Pink Pole Fitness and a pilates and group fitness instructor in Arizona)

I am so proud that you have been able to teach (as I no longer have the time or energy) AND that you have had star students, spread inspiration and opportunity to so many. So much more to accomplish…—Gregangelo (Owner of Gregangelo & Velocity Circus and the teacher I learned most of my Rope moves from!…in San Francisco, California)
Just went to my first “Circus” class… What fun, and what a workout! …I got to learn a few tricks on the static trapeze, rope, and tissu. Fun, fun, fun!!! Pam M. (email sent to her friends after her first class)
This is too great! I was browsing YouTube to find some pros doing my new tricks and I watched this video I had “favorite’d” a long time ago and realized you’re the teacher for a lot of it. Very cool! Pam M. (referring to the video URL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3AneJZgsHEs)
